EXCHANGE / RETURN

We have a 24 hour return / exchange policy.You can request a return or exchange within 24 hours.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition(unworn & unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) along with receipt for proof of purchase. Please note no exchange or return on swimsuits and white clothing.

Any worn or damaged items will not be accepted.

Once the item is in its original condition, your return / exchange will be approved and processed. You will be refunded through online bank transfer. Please allow some time for the refund to be processed to your bank account. Please note that shipping fees(Courier Service / TTPOST) are non- refundable.

Exchanges can be issued through your preferred selection of our shipping options at an additional cost.
